Red Cross Blood Drive

Thursday, October 23rd from 12 - 6 pm we will be collecting blood for Red Cross in the fellowship hall. Call 1-800-RED-CROSS to schedule time to donate! Help us save a life!!!

Christmas Lighted Parade

Saturday, December 6th we will need walkers and riders on the St. John's float, that will be in the Lighted Christmas Parade.  Also, if you are willing to pull the float, please contact the church.

Outreach Programs

St. John's Outreach Team helps to connect the church with other arms of the NALC-LCMC, other non-profit organizations locally, within the United states and in other countries. The Outreach Team also finds ways to reach out and bring these organizations to St. John's by holding special events, which helps support these agencies.

On Going Ministries

Explore our ongoing ministries at St. John’s, where we continually serve, connect, and grow together as a faithful community.

Non-perishable food items are left in the box on the south side of the church.  Also, we have a book exchange.

In the church lobby, you may give in-kind donations.

Another hands and feet opportunity: (donate directly to them)

Their wish list includes hearty soups, cereal, box dinners, mac & cheese, juice, snack foods, frozen dinners, crackers, flour, sugar, salt, meat cards, canned fruits. Monetary gifts are also accepted and welcomed. If you have items to donate, please call 712-258-7233 to make arrangements for drop off or pick-up. Here is a complete list of needs.
