Sanctuary Renovation Project Update
April 2009
I think we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We continue the work of painting, sound system, electrical and bringing in the pews. We continue to ask for your help, keeping the project in your prayers. We will need people to help with the installation of pews and other things. And, we continue to ask for your financial help. Don't forget the project when it comes to your stewardship of time, talent and treasures.

The project continues to move along. The new floor is almost finished and it is beautiful. The painting project will be getting underway soon. We have the pews and furniture well underway. It is a project moving along. Take the time to check the web site for pictures or view some of the pictures we have in the lobby. Also, if you haven't made a pledge, given a donation or contemplated a memorial gift to the project, please do so. Continue to support the project, we need your help. And the major form of support is your prayers. Keep the project as an item in your daily talk with God. And look for more updates in your bulletins and in the next newsletter.

The project continues to move along. We have the floor out and are doing work on the new floor. We continue to work on the electrical as well as the chancel refurbishing. We have been in contact with the furnishing manufacturer in Humbolt and the pews are well along in production as well as the work on the pulpit and other furnishings of the chancel. We continue to need your support. First and foremost, continue to keep the project in your prayers. Also, if you haven't made a pledge, given a donation or contemplated a memorial gift to the project, please do so. Look for more updates in your bulletins and in the next newsletter.
January 2009
The project will get underway in just a few days. We are excited about what lies ahead for us in the next few months. We are confident that all will go well. As of this writing we have in cash, building fund monies, pledges and promises the following amount, $130,798.00. We set the goal of $150,000.00 before the first of the New Year. We are now even more confident that we will both successfully complete the project, but also be able to pay off the debt in very little time. Thus we are asking you to consider your gift to the project. Think about making a memorial gift. Think about pledging to give over a period of time. The Pledge Forms and the box to return your form is by the office door. Think about giving a weekly gift, remember to so note it on your envelope. But above all, keep the project as one of the items in your prayer life. Remember to bring all things to the Lord.
