• Canting of Psalms

            Canting can be done by Choir when choirs back to worship

          Canting can also be done as a group-left side, right side

• Esprit de Corps

            Pastor Gary and Pastor Greg will be available to move furniture, assist with sound system, etc.

• Approval was given to pay Nate Hettinger $30.00 for filling in for Allyn-Cathy will let Kim know regarding this

• There will be no July meeting

• Letter prepared for Bethlehem Revisited Baby Jesus Reunion approved

• Purchase of Software for Video Creation

            First part has been received-tutorial version

          Waiting for second part

          Paying for license to use their library

• Graduation Reception

            19/22 showed for Graduation service

          Reception between services-largest attendance we've ever had

• Pastoral Staff from Forward Planning - What to do for Summer Worship (After Memorial Day)

            Topical preaching-examples would be newspaper articles-world news

          Books of the Bible-Revelations, Galatians, Book of James, Sermons of Luther

          Worship committee recommended Topical preaching for the summer months

          During 8:15 and 10:45 services on Sunday-re-introduce "Singing of the Psalms"

          If possible, present a Call to Worship

• First weekend after Memorial Day-introduce the "Prayer Box"

V Service of Remembrance

Men's Group-Tuesday

V Discussion on the Windows of the Church

V Windows placed to always point toward the Altar

V Stations of Christ

V 12 shields of the Apostles

V 13th Apostle is YOU!

V Pastor Gary hand out materials that have been prepared for the discussion

Continued discussion regarding additional opportunities for use of the Screen

V Music videos before service

V Website based upon the Seasons of the year available-Pastor Gary will examine this further

V Consider eliminating duplication of items that appear in the bulletin

V Use of screen every week for Children's Sermon

V Possibly use this on Pentecost Sunday

V Classes available through WITTC to train further in screen usage-Kim and Todd excellent individuals to attend for first time

Payment to Subs

V Cathy Seaton requested that a "policy" be written and approved by Council that addresses payment to subs such as those needed for POP, etc.

V Directives within the policy would list amount of payment and when a payment should be considered.

V Pastor Gary and Mat Trotzig will include on Council's upcoming agenda
